All our products have been extensively used and tested by us on our high-country property before we offer them for sale. We are confident the quality is extremely good, because we have relied on it ourselves.

If it fails in normal use, we replace it.
We only sell what we would put on our own fences, and we stand behind every bit of it for its lifetime.
We guarantee every product purchased from New Zealand Fencing Solutions. We only supply products that are made to our own specifications. Where a relevant New Zealand Standard can be applied, we test our products against that standard.
Backed for its lifetime
We believe in our products and stand by the quality of workmanship, craftsmanship and materials in each one. We guarantee the lifetime of each item against reasonable failure or damage in its intended usage. If a product fails or is not up to a satisfactory standard, we will replace it.
What the guarantee does not cover
Our guarantee does not cover general wear, damage caused by an accident, or using an item for anything other than the purpose it was manufactured for. Every item is subject to an evaluation by our returns team.
Build standard
- Galvanising
- Gates are hot dipped galvanised after welding, minimum 500 g/m².
- Manufacture
- Made offshore to our written specifications, in factories we inspected in person.
- Testing
- Tested against the relevant New Zealand Standard where one applies.
- Returns
- Faults assessed by our returns team and replaced where the guarantee applies.
